Kettle Cove, Cape Elizabeth, Maine
Beautiful day at Kettle Cove today, painted with a friend after brunch with artist friends at the Good Table. Lots of folks were out enjoying the day.

Exit, Old Port, Portland, Maine
Was in the Old Port today, but it was very foggy and cool. I decided to post a pic from a sunny day with a painting that I did of this location. The building on the left is being transformed from a self storage facility to a large law firms office.

McLaughlin Garden, South Paris, Maine
Beautiful warm and sunny day for the Lilac Festival at the McLaughlin Garden. The air was scenteded with lilacs in the whole garden and the woodland garden was a wonder. Brought home some new plants for our garden.

Belted Galloways, Rockport, Maine
The coast was completely socked in today, but it made all the new greens of late spring look all that more beautiful. Took a trip to Camden hoping to paint, but the views were too foggy. Loved stopping in Rockport to spend a few minutes with the Belteds.

The Sun, Westbrook, Maine
The sun just came out briefly after eleven days in hiding. Ran out to enjoy the garden and take some pics, very humid air, feels more like Hawaiian rain forest than Maine!

Colony Hotel, Kennebunkport, Maine
Haven't posted many photos lately, we've had nine days of rain, fog, clouds, wind, cold, mist, and downpours with only a couple of hours of sun in Maine. Still cloudy today, but I was at the Colony Hotel in Kennebunkport for The Animal Welfare Society Gala and Art Auction and I loved this view.

Studio, New Plein Air Painting Cart
Fred surprised me today with a new bag for plein air painting! I loaded it right up to be ready to go out when our six days of rain end. The weatherman said it's "back to the caves" for Mainers for most of the week. It's a "Husky" from Home Depot.
